Miradouro do Véu da Noiva

Portugal - Madeira

Located between Seixal and São Vicente on Madeira’s rugged north coast, Miradouro do Véu da Noiva is one of the island’s most stunning viewpoints. The name “Véu da Noiva” (Bride’s Veil) comes from the waterfall’s resemblance to a flowing bridal veil as it cascades down the cliffs into the Atlantic Ocean.

Visitors can enjoy incredible views of the waterfall, dramatic coastal cliffs, and the endless blue sea. The viewpoint is easily accessible by road and provides a fantastic photo opportunity, especially at sunset when the light casts a magical glow over the landscape.

With free access and no crowds compared to other popular Madeira sights, Miradouro do Véu da Noiva is a must-visit spot for nature lovers and photographers.
